How to get it
Energy Root grows on Big Root plants. Find Big Roots in dirt caves near the surface, then harvest the Energy Roots that sprout from them.
- Locate Big Roots in shallow dirt caves (see Big Root page).
- Energy Roots periodically grow from Big Roots based on the Energy Root Chance config.
- Restores 80 HP when used, but reduces friendship.
