Pocketcraft Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pocketcraft, creating an account, or purchasing Pocketcraft Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use Pocketcraft.

2. Description of Service

Pocketcraft provides tools for Cobblemon players, including but not limited to:

• team building tools to plan and save Pokémon teams,
• spawn tracking and Pokémon spawn tracker tools,
• optional premium features available through Pocketcraft Pro.

Pocketcraft is an independent fan project created for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not an official product of any game studio or rights holder.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using your email address and a password. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials,
• providing accurate and up-to-date information,
• all activity that occurs under your account.

If we believe your account is being used in a way that violates these terms, harms the service, or attempts to abuse our systems, we may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.

4. Premium Subscription (Pocketcraft Pro)

Pocketcraft Pro is an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features, such as increased limits for saved teams and tracked Pokémon, unlimited community team submissions, and other enhanced tools.

• Pocketcraft Pro is billed on a monthly subscription basis.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe; Pocketcraft does not store full payment card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal provided on your account page.
• Features included in Pocketcraft Pro may change over time as the product evolves.

Unless required by law, all subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you will generally retain access to Pocketcraft Pro until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pocketcraft in a fair and responsible way. You may not:

• attempt to hack, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• abuse APIs or use automated tools in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems;
• upload, transmit, or link to malicious code or harmful content;
• attempt to bypass, remove, or work around any free vs. premium feature limitations;
• use Pocketcraft for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including rate limiting, feature restrictions, or account suspension, if we detect misuse of the service.

6. Intellectual Property & Fan Project Disclaimers

Pocketcraft owns the website design, branding, and custom tools that make up the Pocketcraft service. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Pocketcraft’s code, design, or branding without permission.

Pokémon names, images, and related assets are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company.

Pocketcraft is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

All Pokémon trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

7. Cobblemon Disclaimer

Cobblemon is a community-created Minecraft mod project. It is a separate project and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Pocketcraft or Marchant Technologies LLC.

Spawn data, gameplay information, and other Cobblemon-related details used by Pocketcraft are derived from Cobblemon data and publicly available sources. Pocketcraft does not claim ownership of Cobblemon or its underlying data.

8. PokéAPI Attribution

Pokémon data and images used by Pocketcraft are sourced in part from the open-source PokéAPI project. Pocketcraft does not claim ownership of this data.

9. Service Availability

Pocketcraft is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep the service online and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or other issues may affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocketcraft and Marchant Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

If, despite this limitation, we are found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to you will be limited to the amount you paid for Pocketcraft Pro during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or, if you do not have a paid subscription, zero dollars (USD).

11. Termination

You may stop using Pocketcraft at any time and, if applicable, cancel your Pocketcraft Pro subscription through the billing portal.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pocketcraft, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, are abusing the service, or if we need to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice, such as a banner or notification inside the app.

By continuing to use Pocketcraft after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
