Craft the Coaching TM at a TM Machine with 3× Fighting Gem, 1× Red Mint Leaf, 1× Blue Mint Leaf. Check exploration loot and the TM Machine interface if the recipe is already available.
The official TM Machine recipe for Coaching is: 3× Fighting Gem, 1× Red Mint Leaf, 1× Blue Mint Leaf. You also need a Blank TM disk.
In Cobblemon 1.8, most TM recipes are unlocked by obtaining a Pokémon that knows a TM-compatible move (Alpha Pokémon are especially good for this), or from Data Monitors / exploration loot such as Gimmighoul Chests. Once unlocked, craft the TM at a TM Machine using a Blank TM, Type Gems, and the recipe ingredients.
