    Use the Adamant Orb and the Red Chain at the Spear Pillar in Cold Shrubland to summon Dialga.

    Adamant Orb and Red Chain. Needs the Sinnoh datapack (unlocks after defeating the Hoenn Champion).

    The Red Chain breaks when used. You can repair the Broken Red Chain, so don't lose it.

    Most Cobbleverse legendaries are summoned, not found in the wild, and each region's legendaries unlock with that region's datapack. If something does nothing, keep progressing through the trainer series and try again.
