Collect three gems and the Emerald Emblem at the Sky Pillar, then craft a Sky Core to summon Rayquaza.
- Defeat Ivan (Team Aqua) for the Primordial Gem, Max (Team Magma) for the Desolate Gem, and Lyris for the Aether Gem.
- Find the Emerald Emblem in the crafter room, hidden behind the chest (flip the lever above you to reveal the barrel).
